WAYFAIR HOLIDAY POPUP

Customers love shopping on Wayfair.com, but sometimes they want to see the product in person and feel it before they make a purchasing decision. This simple idea inspired Wayfair to build their very first popups over the holiday season in 2018. Wayfair challenged us to develop an intriguing design that captured the personality of the brand while giving consumers ample opportunity to experience product. The result was astounding with thousands of people in foot traffic over the course of 2 months.

I was the Production Director for this project leading a team of 2 in vendor management, fabrication, conceptual design, budget, timelines, and load-in/tear down.
